Can every small appliance be repaired?

No. Some sealed appliances or models without available parts may not be economical or practical to repair. Contact us first to discuss yours.

Is there a workshop inspection charge?

There is a £10 inspection charge for small appliances and £20 for large appliances. This is deducted from the final bill if you go ahead with the repair.

Where do I bring my appliance?

Our shop and workshop is at 123 Old Tiverton Road, Exeter, EX4 6LD. We open Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30 and Saturday 09:00–13:00.
